How long does it take you to cook for an event? We will arrive at the event one-hour prior and cook for one hour per 100 guests.
What size of space is required to park the truck? Our truck is approximately 40 feet long, and we will need at least 13’6” clearance.
How big are the pies? Our pies are 12” personal pizzas.
Do you have a gluten free menu? We are not gluten-free due to cross contamination. We do serve gluten-free dough with any of our menu items.
How far in advance will we need a head count? Final head count is needed 7-10 days from the scheduled event.
When is payment due? We accept payments before the event or the day of the celebration.
How far will you travel? We are able to travel in the Amarillo/Canyon area with no additional charge. Nevertheless, outside of that area is a $2.00 per mile charge. *We will need approval from the local Health Department beforehand when booking outside of the Amarillo/Canyon area.
What is the minimum amount of guests? We request 50 guests minimum for the Amarillo/Canyon area and 100 guests minimum for out-of-town events. ALL SATURDAYS ARE A 100 GUEST MINIMUM
